[Logbook] Site Visit Management V2

This feature aims to extend management of site visits (for example by technicians) using Amperecloud Platform more powerful.

The following extensions are planned:

Logbook UI
- Add filter for only active site visits in Logbook
- Add instruction text to be confirmed with a checkbox when creating a new site visit in Logbook. This is used so the operator can instruct the technician on relevant dangers on site, such as animals or technical challenges.
- Add Estimated Time at Site input. This will allow operators to easily identify technicians that are staying longer than than anticipated
- Give warning in case more than one person is one site
- Import Users to address book automatically
- Add easier possibility to end active site visits in Logbook
- Allow adding tickets and maintenance service to all kinds of Logbook Entries

Dashboards, Monitoring, Master Display
- Add Logbook Widget that displays active visits and visits that are overdue (longer than estimated time)
